At Elite 360 Innova Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our clients. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for our services and products.

1. Services Refund Policy

  • Completed Services: Payments made for completed treatments or services are non-refundable. Our team will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your results and may offer additional follow-up treatments or adjustments if needed.

  • Prepaid Packages: Prepaid service packages (such as Reverso treatment sessions) are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit or transfer to other services if approved by management.

  • Missed Appointments: Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments without proper cancellation notice (at least 24 hours in advance).

 

2. Product Refund Policy

  • Final Sale: All skincare products, including Neova SmartSkincare items, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Refunds or credits will not be issued for appointments that are rescheduled due to late arrivals.

 

4. Deposit Policy

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for certain treatments are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services if rescheduled within the appropriate timeframe.

 

5. Refund Process
